Grateful I'm Alive AA Coin. This tricolor enamel medallion features a skull on the front in silver with a black background and silver lettering. The front has "Grateful I'm Alive" written around the outside. Silver skull, black background, silver lettering. On the back it has the Serenity Prayer written out in silver script.

Very Imperssive !!!!!!!

I was super impressed when I received my order as I wasn't really sure. This is a Gift and I know it will be well received as it looks AMAZING in person, and you will be amazed to if you order it. I do like how the skull is slightly lifted off of the coin.
