  • We ship 6 Days a Week, Monday through Saturday. 

  • Orders placed before Noon EST will, in most instances, ship the same day. 

  • We ship from Lafayette, IN 

  • A Business Day is considered Monday through Saturday and not a postal holiday.


We offer 3 Speeds of Service for our domestic shipments, which are outlined below to help you gain a better understanding of the service you desire. Orders with Free Shipping will be shipped using one of these services, at our discretion. 

  • Free Shipping: Some of our products offer Free Shipping. We only offer free shipping on Domestic Orders and we use the most economical method possible.

  • Economy Shipping without Tracking: This is our most affordable shipping solution and is only offered for single item orders

    • These packages will ship First Class Mail without Tracking

    • These packages generally arrive in 4-8 business days

  • Standard: The majority of our packages will ship using this service. To keep costs reasonable and service reliable, we use a variety of carriers to provide this service. 

    • Depending on the size, weight, and distance the package is traveling, these orders may ship using USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground Service

    • These packages generally arrive in 3-5 business days

  • Express: We offer this service for orders under 4 pounds, and it is our fastest speed of service.

    • We will utilize USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air

    • These packages have a guaranteed delivery speed of 1-2 business days

  • Media Mail: We use this service for Literature Orders offered with Free Shipping

    • This service uses USPS Media Mail 

    • These packages usually arrive in 4-10 business days


After your order is placed, your order will be moved to our shipping platform for packing and shipping. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email notifying you of shipment. That email will show the date of shipment as well as a link to your order’s tracking information.

  • Please note that Economy Mail shipments will not have tracking information


You will receive a second, Delivery Confirmation email when your package is delivered, except for Economy packages. 


What do you do if a problem arises?

We work hard to avoid this, but occasionally shipments get lost or arrive damaged. 


If you believe your package may be lost we ask that you wait the appropriate number of days before contacting us:

  • Economy: 14 Business Days

  • Standard: 10 Business Days

  • Express: 3 Business Days

  • Free Shipping: 14 Business Days

You may contact us at [email protected] , please include your name and order number so that we can easily identify your order. 


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] and include your name, order number, and photos of the damaged packaging before you open it. 


Occasionally we have packages which are marked as delivered and do not arrive. For these orders, we ask that you contact your local Post Office, UPS Hub, or Carrier, provide them with the tracking information and ask them to locate the package. 



International Shipments

We enjoy shipping to our International friends. We utilize a number of shipping services to provide the most cost effective and reliable experience. Depending on the size, weight, and distance we may offer any number of services at checkout.


  • These services include: USPS First Class or Priority Mail International, Global Post, and UPS Worldwide

  • These services range in speed from 10-60 days

  • Shipments speeds are often determined by customs processing 


Customs Fees & Duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated by the Customs Officials in the recipient's country. We ask that you take time to familiarize yourself with your location’s fees prior to ordering. Packages will be marked as abandoned by the carrier if these fees are not paid, we will offer no refunds if this is the case.
